Juxtalegal does not offer or provide legal advice and does not make recommendations. Information on this Website is provided for general information purposes only, should not be relied upon by you and is provided so that you can select the service you feel is most appropriate to meet your needs. Nothing on this Website is, or shall be deemed to constitute, advice, recommendation or endorsement in respect of any service referred to on this Website.

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to this Website but give no warranty as to the uninterrupted availability of this Website. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to this Website at any time. We provide online processing of your service request. We do not provide legal services ourselves and we do not agree to do so. We act as introducers to service providers who may be suitable to perform the legal services required by you and who you may choose to engage directly to provide services under one or more separate agreements. You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of any service provider to meet your requirements and the acceptability of a service provider’s terms and conditions for the performance of legal services. The fees listed on the Website are on the assumption that your required service will not prove to be substantially more complex than would be expected on a standard case of its type. If your case proves to be more complex your service provider will inform you in writing of the additional work required and the estimated cost of this additional work with a view to additional fees being agreed with you.

Although we use reasonable endeavours to ensure any amount listed for disbursements/outlays is accurate, they should be regarded as indicative only. All fee information is provided to us by the relevant service providers and we do not undertake to verify the information before listing it on the Website. If there is a change in disbursement charges or VAT you will be informed by the service provider and will be charged the revised amount.

Our panel solicitors are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The solicitor you have chosen will pay us a fee for our online processing services being a percentage of the fee featured on the Website for your relevant service.

By instructing your chosen law firm, you are providing your consent for us to send your chosen law firm your contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will treat any personal information you have provided to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Service providers will have their own privacy policies, which will govern any personal information you provide to them or that you authorise us to provide to them on your behalf.
