You are not obliged to instruct solicitors when using this website. Users who instruct solicitors listed on this website do so at their own discretion. We collect the personal data given by you to us with your consent when you choose to instruct a solicitor listed on this website. When doing so, we will collect from you the following information: your full name, your email address and your telephone number. This website may also operate an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. It is not necessary to subscribe to an email newsletter program to use this website. Users who do opt to subscribe can subscribe through an online automated process but do so at their own discretion. We collect the personal data given by you to us with your consent when subscribing to a newsletter listed on this website. We are not liable for any misuse of your personal information by any third party, including the solicitors detailed on this website. Personal information provided to and collected by this website may be used for marketing, public relations and analytical purposes. By completing an instruct a solicitor form on this website you acknowledge and consent that the personal information provided by you to us will therefore also be shared with and transferred to the instruct form program management and service provided to us by Typeform. Typeform is an entity registered in Spain with a registered office address of C/Bac de Roda, 163 (Local), 08018, Barcelona, Spain.
